La Demeure 1 is the very first accommodation in the Hôtes & Demeures collection. Spacious, bright and air-conditioned, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people for an overnight stay, and up to 6 for 3-hour wellness packages.
Comfort and practical equipment
The living room, which opens onto the kitchen, has a large convertible corner sofa (140 x 200), a high table and a fully equipped kitchen (sink, microwave, fridge, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc.).
Everything is provided for a pleasant stay, whether for resting, cooking or teleworking.

A binder with Wi-Fi codes and suggestions for activities is at your disposal.
On arrival, you'll be greeted in a zen atmosphere, with a hi-fi system turned on and a welcome kit: including hot drinks (coffee, teas).
For breakfast, you'll find butter, jam, Nutella, Nesquik pods and orange juice. Freshly baked bread and pastries can be left for you on the windowsill without disturbing you.
Fresh drinks and snacks, both sweet and savory, are available on site at the posted prices.

The bedroom features a king-size bed (160 x 200), a large wardrobe and a bay window for plenty of natural light. For your evenings, enjoy a TV with over 120 channels, Netflix and Disney+.
The en-suite bathroom has a washbasin, walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, hair straightener and toiletries.
2 towels per person are provided, bathrobes and flip-flops are available on request.
A private SPA area for absolute relaxation
La Demeure 1's private terrace, planted with trees, is a haven of peace.
Equipped with a traditional 4-seater sauna, a Canadian overflow Jacuzzi with waterfall for 6 people (heated to 37° in winter and 34° in summer), and a cold bath, it guarantees a complete wellness experience.
